WTR Comeback; Adds First Artist to Record Label

30 Aug

First off, we owe you all an apology.  From the bottom of our hearts, sorry for withholding the magic of whattherap posts from all of you who check out our site.  We’ve been in the process of a major headquarters relocation, and the WTR staff is somewhat in flux at the moment.  But no worries, we’re planning a major comeback that should rival Mase in ’04 (which we found to be pretty fucking hilarious despite lukewarm critical reception).

Anyway, before you bitch and moan about our little hiatus let’s make it clear that we’re not returning empty-handed: we’d like to announce that our search for a whattherap headline artist is complete. This is the next big thing, the total package: silky-smooth flow, larger-than-life personality, rags to riches backstory. Nothing has yet been confirmed in writing, but our lawyers tell us that we’re only a few days away from being able to officially announce a record deal the likes of which this man could only dream of.  So, without further ado, WTR presents two singles:

“Clocks Remix”

“All Things Go Remix”

Can you believe this guy still doesn’t even have a name? Feel free to leave suggestions in the comments section below.
