B.o.B. Bobby Ray: No Genre Mixtape

8 Dec

After the widespread success of his The Adventures of Bobby Ray album (which includes the grammy-nominated Nothin’ on You and the chart-topping Airplanes), B.o.B. is back with a brand new mixtape titled “No Genre.”

Simply put, we’re impressed.  There’s a certain angst that we didn’t hear from Bobby Ray on the album.  “No Genre” offers, in a sense, a different sound from B.o.B..: take a look at Batman Flow and Beast Mode.

KEY TRACK: Not Lost feat. T.I.

DIdn’t make the cut for the album, but this leftover track features an overlay of Coldplay’s Lost that rivals Jay-Z’s remix.

“This life of mine, brought me all the way here from a life of crime,

Just a constant reminder that the end-all be-all is the one who knows-all sees-all”

Preach, T.I., preach.
